AntivirusHub sells digital software license products. Because digital products can be delivered electronically, refunds are reviewed based on order status, delivery status, activation status, and applicable publisher restrictions.
You may request a refund review within 7 days of purchase. Refund approval is not automatic and depends on whether the license has been delivered, activated, redeemed, or used.
Refunds may be considered if a duplicate order was placed, the license was not delivered, the wrong product was supplied, or the order could not be verified.
Refunds may be declined if a license has already been activated, redeemed, used, exposed to the customer, or restricted by publisher rules. Installation issues, device incompatibility, account problems, or technical troubleshooting needs should be directed to the respective software publisher.
When appropriate, AntivirusHub may offer a replacement license or correction instead of a refund.
